These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of bicycles and related equipment from NYC Velo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By reserving or using a bicycle through our website or in person, you ("Renter," "Customer") agree to these Terms.
Cancellations can be requested at any time by sending an email to info@nycvelo.com.
Refunds may be issued prior to the scheduled pick up data and up to two (2) weeks after the booking date. To request a refund please email info@nycvelo.com.
NYC Velo reserves the right to deny refund requests submitted outside this timeframe.
NYC Velo maintains liability insurance that only covers defects in the bicycle itself.
The insurance does not cover
The renter assumes full responsibility for the safe use and operation of the bicycle.
Upon picking up the bike the renter will have to sign a waiver indemnifying NYC Velo from liabiliies arising from the renter's use of the bicycle
The renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the bicycle and equipment during the rental period. The following fees may apply in the event of irreparable damage or loss:
NYC Velo reserves the right to determine repair or replacement costs for any damaged components not listed above.
